At Severin Films, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your cinematic collection, which is why we offer returns on damaged or defective items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all returned media remains in its original shrink-wrap or packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Document the Issue
For items damaged during transit, please provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging to expedite your replacement request.
- 3.Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to prevent further damage during the return journey.
- 4.Ship and Track
Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at your nearest carrier location, keeping your tracking number until the refund is processed.
